STANDARD FOB PROCEDURE TRANSACTION:

• Packing: By Bulk

• Inspection: SGS or Simular By Seller

• Delivery: FOB

• Loading Ports: Fujairah or Rotterdam or Houston Port.

OPTION # 1: FOB ROTTERDAM PORT:

​

1. Buyer issues ICPO together with the buyers passport copy and company certificate of incorporation.
 

2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice, ICC Warning Letter for the available product quantity in storage tanks in the terminal port Rotterdam.

3. Buyer signs and return the Commercial Invoice with tank storage agreement (TSA) for seller approval and NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyers groups with commission structures. Buyer also writes an email to his tank farm, copying to the seller's email address with his signed ICPO and Commercial Invoice introducing the seller to the tank farm and opening communications channel between the seller and his tank farm.

4. Seller issues 3 day unconditional dip test authorization (DTA) to be endorsed by seller company, buyer company and buyer chosen logistic company. Upon confirmation of the signed unconditional dip test authorization by both parties, seller programs the injection and then issues buyer the following documents.
A. Fresh SGS Report Inspected in loading terminal port Rotterdam.
B. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with GPS Coordinates.
C. Authorization to Verify (ATV)
D. Injection Report Shore Tank Rotterdam.
E. Certificate of Origin
F. Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC).

5. Buyer upon physical verification of the product and PPOP Confirmation, contracts SGS to conduct the dip test in seller storage tank at buyer expense.

6. Upon successful dip test, buyer presents the tank storage receipt (TSR) with authority to inject (ATI).

7. Seller commences injection immediately into buyers tanks and issues buyer title of ownership certificate to be followed by all export documentation.

8. Buyer makes payment by MT103 OR TT Wire Transfer or GPI for the total product and lifts the product and seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction.

9. The agreed monthly contract lifts continue as scheduled.

OPTION # 2: TANK TO TANK PROCEDURE:

​

1. Buyer issues ICPO and Company Registration Certificate or any I.D. With TSA for Seller's Verification

2. Seller issue Draft Commercial Invoice, Buyer signs and returns to Seller with his Tank Storage Agreement.

3. Seller pays the Buyer's tank for 3 days for the Injection Process; Buyer pays 2 days and only after his Tank Farm Company has received the payment from Seller Company.

4. All mandates and intermediaries sign the Fee Agreement. Seller provides Buyer with FULL POP Documents.

 Endorsed Injection Schedule by the buyer & buyer Tank Farm  Irrevocable Commitment to Supply for Spot and 12 months Contract.
 Injection Schedule signed by Buyer & Buyer's tank farm.

5. Buyer conducts Dip-Test in seller's tanks, via SGS on Buyer's expense, Seller injects the fuel To Buyer's tank and Buyer makes payment based on Q&Q by MT103 wire transfer / TT According to the final Commercial Invoice

6. Seller transfers the title of ownership as per Buyer's instruction. Buyer lifts the product.

7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly contract Shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between Buyer and Seller within 48 hours of receiving payment from the buyer.
